Rod ('we', 'us', or 'the Platform') uses cookies when you visit www.rod.tn. This policy explains what cookies are, which ones we use, why we use them, and how you can manage or withdraw your consent.

Our cookie practices follow Tunisian Law No. 2004-63 (27 July 2004) on data protection. For users in the EU, this policy also follows the GDPR and the ePrivacy Directive.

This policy covers all cookies used on www.rod.tn. It does not cover the websites of rental agencies listed on our Platform. They have their own cookie and privacy policies.

Strictly necessary cookies don't need your consent, because they are essential to the service you asked for. All other cookies only start after you give clear consent through our cookie banner on your first visit.
You choose which cookie categories to accept. You can accept or refuse each one on its own. Refusing preference or ad cookies won't block you from using the Platform's main features.
Rod does not use analytics tools like Google Analytics. The only measurement tools we use are Meta Pixel and the Meta Conversions API, explained in Section 6.
If we add analytics tools in the future, we will update this policy and let you know before we start using them.
These cookies keep the Platform working. They handle login, session security, and saving your unfinished booking. You cannot turn them off without breaking the Platform.

We use ad tools to check how well our campaigns work, target the right audience, and improve our ads. These tools only run after you give clear consent.
Refusing ad cookies won't block your access to the Platform. It just means ads you see elsewhere won't be based on your activity with Rod.
Meta Pixel is a tracking tool from Meta Platforms, Inc. When active, it places cookies on your device and records actions like page views, searches, and booking starts. Meta uses this data to measure our ad performance on Facebook and Instagram, build ad audiences, and target ads better.
Meta Pixel only runs after you give consent. If you refuse ad cookies, Meta Pixel stays off and no data goes to Meta this way.
CAPI sends certain data straight from our servers to Meta, without using browser cookies. It gives more accurate ad results, especially when browser tracking is blocked.
CAPI works at the server level, so browser cookie settings don't control it directly. However, we only use CAPI for ad measurement if you've given consent to ad cookies, where the law requires it.
Meta Pixel and CAPI send some data to Meta Platforms, Inc. in the United States. These transfers use EU-approved contract clauses or similar legal safeguards.

On your first visit, a cookie banner lets you accept or refuse optional cookies. You choose each category separately. We save your choices for future visits.
You can change your choices anytime through the cookie settings link in our footer. Withdrawing consent doesn't undo anything already done while consent was active.
